DIY - Protein Shake Recipe

You're on a diet and would like a tasty protein shake? DIY time! I found a recipe on a website which has quite caught my eye. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 6 oz milk
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

209 Calories; 8g fat; 7g carbohydrates; 30g protein
